This is normal, as Activate and Recover's thickness varies from tube to tube due to a high ratio of USDA Certified Organic, all-natural ingredients without synthetic additives and binding agents. Because of this careful formulation, Activate’s color and thickness may change while it makes its way to you, without affecting the performance of the product. Rest assured, we’ve performed an extensive testing and screening process to ensure the highest levels of efficacy possible.

Yes, most products have an expected shelf life of 12-18 months. To ensure that each product maintains its quality, store the products at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Most TheraOne products have a 12 month expiration.

Legally the amount of THC within Hemp must be no more than 0.3%. All TheraOne products contain less than the legal THC limit. The amount of THC in TheraOne products is non-intoxicating and will not make you feel high. It poses minimal risk of producing a negative drug test, however we cannot guarantee that anyone will not fail a drug test. We recommend anyone who is subject to routine drug testing speak with their physician before consuming or using full spectrum CBD.

TheraOne products contain full-spectrum CBD hemp oil, meaning they contain all naturally occurring cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. For athletes participating in sports where cannabis is not legal and they are governed by WADA/USADA anti-doping practices, we advise use of TheraOne only when out-of-competition. The THC level of our products pose minimal risk to athletes receiving an anti-doping violation due to our superior hemp strain and processing resulting in only trace amounts. However, the current ruling states that all other natural cannabinoids found at any level in a sample which are not CBD are also illegal. As a full spectrum product we cannot guarantee that use of TheraOne would not result in a positive test. We are actively working with researchers and WADA and USADA to help update anti-doping legislature with the latest science so that athletes can access products that are both safe and effective.

Yep. All TheraOne products are allergy-friendly. Our facility did, at one time, produce a product that contained tree nut oil, so if you do suffer from a severe tree nut allergy, consult your physician before using TheraOne products.
