Choose from a range of qualifying products, select how often you want to receive them, and we'll automatically deliver them to your door. Plus, you'll save 20% on each order. It’s wellness, made easy.

Signing up for Therabody Auto-Ship is easy. Here’s how:

All products available for auto-ship will have an "Auto-ship" option. When selecting your product, click "Auto-ship," and choose your preferred order frequency (30 days, 60 days, or 90 days).

At checkout, you'll be prompted to create an account where you'll enter your billing and shipping details which will be applied and saved to your auto-ship subscription. A recurring charge for each product you subscribe to will be billed to your credit card when each order is placed according to your preferred order frequency (every 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days).

You can pause or cancel auto-ship at any time by logging into your account and selecting “My Subscriptions” located on the left side of the page. Here, you’ll see all your auto-ship subscriptions. Select the subscription you’d like to pause or cancel and click on “Manage Subscription.” You can then select to either pause or cancel it.

Auto-ship subscriptions must be paused or canceled at least one business day before your next order is placed to avoid receiving that order and incurring charges.

If you’ve paused or canceled auto-ship and would like to reactivate it, log into your account and select “My Subscriptions.” Find the auto-ship subscription you’d like to reactivate, click “Reactivate Subscription,” and select the date you’d like your order to be placed. Click “Reactivate" to confirm.

To skip an order, log into your account and select "My Subscriptions." Select the subscription you’d like to skip and click on "Skip Order." Then, confirm when you’d like your next order to be placed and click "Confirm Skip."

Orders must be skipped at least one business day before they are placed to allow time for processing.

No. You will only be charged for orders that have been placed and there is no surcharge for skipping an order. Just be sure to skip your order at least one business day before it is placed to allow time for processing.

When you sign up for Therabody Auto-Ship, your orders are automatically placed according to the order frequency you selected (30 days, 60 days, or 90 days). A recurring charge for each auto-ship product you subscribe to will be billed to your credit card once each order is placed. To see when the next order for each item you subscribe to will be placed, log into your account and select "My Subscriptions." The date your next order will be placed for each item you subscribe to is located under "Next Order Date."

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of your "Next Order Date," with no order processing on Saturday and Sunday. Once your order has been processed, it's estimated arrival will be 1-2 business days.

To change the date your next order is placed, log into your account, select "My Subscriptions," and click on the auto-ship subscription you’d like to change. Click on the date located under "Next Order Date," and select a new date from the calendar.

You can change the products you have auto-shipped at any time. Log into your account and select “My Subscriptions.” Select the auto-ship subscription you’d like to change and click on “Change” located under the product image. You can select a new product from the dropdown menu.

Any changes to your auto-ship subscription must be made at least one business day before your order is placed to allow time for processing.

Changes to your auto-ship subscription might increase or decrease your subscription price depending on the products you order. Once you've made your changes, your updated subscription price will be automatically billed to your credit card when your next order is placed.

To change your order frequency, log into your account, select “My Subscriptions,” and click on the auto-ship subscription you’d like to change. Your order frequency is listed under “Send Every.” To change it, click on it and select your preferred frequency (30 days, 60 days, or 90 days) from the dropdown menu.

You can change the payment and shipping details for individual products you subscribe to, or all of your auto-ship subscriptions.

Log into your account and select "My Subscriptions." Select the subscription you’d like to change payment or shipping details for and click "Payment & Shipping." Here, you’ll see your shipping, billing, and payment information associated with this subscription. Click “Change” on the information you’d like to update. Edit your information, and select whether you’d like to apply it to an individual product, or all products you subscribe to. Click "Use this Address" or "Use this Payment" to apply your new information.

Once you sign up for Therabody Auto-Ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with details including when your order is going to ship, how often you'll receive it, and the products included.

You'll receive a reminder email that your order is about to be placed 8 days before, so you can make any changes if you need to.

When your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

Yes! Shipping is always free when you shop with us.

Currently, Therabody Auto-Ship Program is only available within the United States.

Please note we are unable to ship TheraOne products to Idaho, military bases, and US territories.

We do not offer financing or alternative payment options for auto-ship orders at this time.
