The Theragun PRO Plus offers guided breathwork with vibration cues, known as haptics, to assist you in your breathing practice. To initiate the breathwork routine, press and hold the center button after turning on your device. Position your finger on the heart rate sensor, hold the device with both hands near your chest, and find a comfortable posture. Allow the haptic vibrations to guide you through a 2-minute breathing exercise: the vibration increases during inhalation and decreases during exhalation. Upon completing the routine, your minimum heart rate will be displayed on the screen.
