"I bought the Theragun Pro Plus to help with my inflamed glute muscles and it has been an absolute lifesaver. Instead of aggressive pounding, I used the infrared LED light therapy attachment gently over the area and the results have been amazing. I preferred the previous model.

"This model doesn't seem quite as powerful as the previous professional model. I can't use the attachments from the older model, specifically the one for sensitive areas. This doesn't seem to have the same amount of percussion. The heated head is nice. I don't understand the LED lights. The ice attachment is completely pointless at least from a massage therapist point of view."

"The first round of 13 minutes with the theragun saw the battery drop 46%. I wrote theragun for the warranty and have still not heard back (two weeks later)."

"The gun doesn’t work properly and it reads a cooling error. I suspect it’s why the original was returned and it was never repaired properly. There is no customer service number to call so you have to send an email and wait for them to respond. At this price point, one would expect a better product and customer service response. Super disappointed at best"
