RecoveryPulse Arm is intended to fit tightly, to ensure maximum compression benefits. If you’re in-between sizes and brand new to compression, we recommend sizing up for the best experience. If you use compression garments often, go ahead and size down.

"I use it for 30 minutes prior to playing pickleball and it really helps prepare my arm (tennis elbow and/or forearm tightness) for playing. I use it after playing for 30 minutes as well to help with recovery. "This sleeve has a large upper side, so it’s tight at the wrist but loose at the top were your bicep is. There was no compression from wearing the sleeve or from having it on. It has several vibration nodes but truly do not understand how this could help anyone in anyway. Very disappointed with the therabody sleeve line of products."
