Arrived broken and bad customer service

"Housing had a chunk missing from it. Had all this printed packaging and literature about how it’s a factory refurbished and approved. Never in my life have I gotten a visibly broken item from a company refurbish program. I would never buy anything refurb from Therabody again. Refund process was a hassle, still haven’t received my refund for sending back the broken item they sent me. Would not recommend."
