"I have horribly puffy eyes thanks to my allergies. This thing is a game changer. My skin around my eyes feels so much better after using the cold setting. No more awkward ice packs with my head tilted back so it doesn't fall."

"Has a good heating and cooling system, but it doesn’t glide well over the skin. The directions say to apply on clean skin before putting products on, but I find that this is near impossible. If I do it on clean skin, it constantly pulls my skin and is not smooth. I always need to either put on an oil, serum, or lotion. The de puffing could be better. It feels good but I also tend to prefer my ice rollers but this would be good for traveling where there is not fridge."

"I love the depuffing wand! It’s been great with sculpting my face and lymphatic drainage. I also use it on my acne when it gets inflamed and i’ve noticed it helps bring pimples down. I do wish it had a longer battery life, that’s probably the only thing i don’t absolutely love. I would totally recommend this to everyone!"

"This is the 3rd device I purchased from Therabody that turned out to be totally useless. This wand and SmartGoggle are totally junk. The ThermBack I purchased originally lasted slightly over the warranty period so the company would not provide any support. Very disappointed with the lack of innovation and poor support!"
Depuffing Wand
"Although the depuffing wand feels good and refreshing, I find that, even with a light moisturizer on, the wand sticks to the skin and pulls it as it is moved across the skin. I am concerned that stretching the skin, may in fact, cause further wrinkles. I did contact customer service and they simply recommended a moisturizer prior to using. I still don't have an answer."
