For a proper fit of your RecoveryPulse Calf compression sleeve, measure the circumference of your calf using a soft tape measure. Use this length to select your size from the chart below. RecoveryPulse Calf is intended to fit tightly, to ensure maximum compression benefits. If you’re in-between sizes and brand new to compression, we recommend sizing up for the best experience. If you use compression garments often, go ahead and size down.

"First- the top band does not stretch- it is very tight. I measured and got the medium, and it was cutting into my leg, so I exchanged for a large. The exchange process took 6 weeks, which is ridiculous. The large fits better, but the top band is still too tight. I don't understand why the top band is not like the bottom band that is stretchy. However, I am not going through that exchange/return process again. Sizing-wise, a medium is what I should have- the bottom half of the Large sleeve is way baggy/loose around my calf. I just fold it up because it's pointless and doesn't touch my leg. It's ridiculous that there is no discount for buying a set. You just buy two of them. It's also annoying that they are identical- not made for a right and a left. What makes it annoying is the vibration placement and the battery pack placement. The 2" block battery pack is a little uncomfortable and digs in a bit. There are two sets of vibration areas on each sleeve. It's ok, but it's more like a stim treatment and very isolated. Wish they were more spread out. The vibration modes are nice- I like the wave one. If they improved the vibration area, they could make it with a nice wave vibration that pushes the fluid up, like the inflatable ones. I do wish this came with some heat. Charging is easy and they come with a nice bag."
