Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us by phone or chat, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order let us know no later than 15 minutes after the time you submit your order by calling us at +448000541330, chatting with us, or by sending us an email at Cancellation requests received after 15 minutes are subject to our ability to reroute your order with our carrier. We are happy to attempt to reroute your order, but please know that we might not be able to do so. In this case, you will receive your order and will need to return it to us. Please refer to order return instructions.

We have a very small window of time after an order is placed to make any changes or cancellations, however, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. All shipping times are subject to change. Please refer to shipping information in checkout for most up-to-date shipping timelines. Generally, once our warehouse has received your order, it’ll be processed and shipped to you within 2-3 business days. If you haven’t received your package within 4-6 business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

  1. First, verify your shipping address, to do this, locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account and check your order history. If your order was marked as “delivered” please wait 48 hours - sometimes delivered packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  3. Look around the delivery location for your package.
  4. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery like a neighbor or another household member unless you have health or safety concerns.
  5. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive packages.
