Refurbished but came damaged out of the box.

"My first refurb order from a few years back worked out great so I was disappointed that my order of the JetBoots came with a visibly damaged display. They did however work and I got to try them out, but it is a huge bummer to have to send them back for "review" when pictures can clearly show a cracked screen with the LCD bleeding everywhere, then wait for shipping again. So in all, I have to wait nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I would've liked for an advanced RMA option in this case."
