Great product, but packaging needs a rethink

"This is a great device. The packaging however leaves a lot to be desired. For a device at this price point, the carrying case seems to be an after thought. I have to carry the device in one bag and the heads in another. Even with just the device in the bag, it looks awkward. I like clean lines, which is why I loved the design of the device, but the carying case really took a lot from my overall experience. I have had $60 devices with better carrying case."

"This product isn't worth what they charge you for it. My husband wanted an upgrade from our Bob and Brad, so we decided to put our money into this. Long story short, we ended up returning the product. We used it only once, we were so excited to try it, only to be let down. It isn't better than our Bob and Brad, its around $500 more, it made the ugliest creaking sounds, sounding as if it would probably break after short period of time."
