"The Theraface mask works effectively even as a refurbished item. However, customer support is inadequate when you tell them that there is a piece missing from the package they don’t try to resolve but they rather facilitate an unhealthy amount of back and forth. I also inquired about a price adjustment since the product’s price decreased by $30 the next day when I bought it. Their response is a standard no desire to help— we regret to inform you that we do not offer price adjustments or price matching for purchases made prior to a change in pricing. We strive to maintain competitive pricing while upholding the quality and integrity of our products.
