"The red light therapy is out of this world however, the strap is not adjustable around the back of the mask, making it very hard for people who have long or big hair to comfortably use the mask and it’s intended purposes in order to fit the mask around my face I have to let out all the straps, separate my hair into two portions and try to fit the top portion of my hair through the mask because the straps do not come off"

"i wanted to like this mask because i like other therabody products but it is so heavy and clunky and the massage feature is completely useless. Also the eye pads cover the areas of your eyes that need the most focus. Not worth the price, especially if you want to travel with a mask as this is impossible to take with you anywhere due to the lack of flexibility"

"I like the mask but it is very tight fitting. While the straps are adjustable there is no elasticity in them if you have a big head or a lot of hair. It means that it ends up being very tight fitting around the eyes and forehead. It actually gave me a headache it was so tight. I just use it now without the straps and lie down, but that defeats the purpose of it being mobile."
