"The vibration causes a constant rattling sound which, to me, is annoying to have to listen to and needs to be turned off every time you turn them on. The heartrate data only works if you use the app and seems to require the entire session to be finished to get the limited summary of three numbers- initial, avg, and final heartrate. I have a size large head (about 60cm) and have to loosen band all the way out to their maximum for these to fit okay. My other brand eye massage mask has plenty of extra band length to fit larger heads. I am confused why the smartgoggles would not be sized to accommodate larger heads or more clearly listed as not suitable for larger heads."

"This was not what I was expecting. The heat even at high is warm at best. When the pressure finally builds up and reaches your eyes it goes away and starts over. It’s kind of like having an itch and rubbing it rather than scratching. Never really gives what I thought it was supposed to do."
