Description
The G3PRO/G3 Wedge attachment is specifically designed for scraping, flushing, and treatment of the shoulder blades and IT bands. Flushing is the repeated downward motion of the wedge attachment across the muscle and scraping is the repeated back and forth motion of the wedge attachment across the muscle. These motions help clear the muscle of lactic acid and promote lymphatic drainage, key factors in muscle recovery.
While traditional flushing and scraping is sometimes done using a hard metal tool, the Wedge attachment is designed with closed-cell PU foam with the level of firmness and shape needed for comfortable, yet effective flushing and scraping. This non-porous material doesn't absorb sweat, lotions, or oils and ensures a more hygienic experience while working out, traveling, or when friends and family - inevitably - ask to try your Theragun.
