“My mindfulness practice is something that allows me to be present with my own body and to create a relationship with it – knowing when my body is hurting, or when I can push myself. It has allowed me to up my game when it comes to being an athlete.


I integrate Theragun into my nightly routine – it’s something I use right before I go to bed, along with meditation, and the two work together. When you use Theragun, you're connecting to your body – you're being present. It allows you to reach an understanding of where does it hurt? Where do I need a little bit of love? Where do I need a little extra attention?”
