For a more efficient warm up, target your quads, hamstrings, and calves with the Theragun for 15 seconds each. This increases circulation and generates heat in the fast twitch muscles that support quick bursts of lateral movement, as well as the muscle groups that support your stride.
Maximize your recovery and come back even stronger with 30 seconds each on your feet, shins, calves, hamstrings, and quads using the Dampener attachment. Then switch to the Wedge attachment and sweep along your left and right IT band for 30 seconds each.
Undeniably painful and frustratingly inconvenient, Theragun makes quick work of muscle cramps during a match with its fast, effective deep muscle treatment. Sweep slowly for a minute each on the calves and hamstrings using the Dampener or Supersoft™ attachment to gently but firmly work out the kinks.
