Product Defective Out of the Box

"Product was ordered directly from Therabody. Defective out of the box. Battery essentially dead, would not accept a charge, even when plugged in over night. Display would only turn on for 3 seconds or so and then go totally blank. Either the unit itself (probably) or the charging cable was bad. Could not find Therabody voice tech support to help. Product returned for refund -- at least they get 5 stars for doing that."

"I don’t know what I expected but for the expense I expected a lot more. I have an old much cheaper massager I call Thumper that does almost the same thing. You really can’t set it to do a gentle massage."
