"My wife bought this for me to help with my neck and back pain and it is amazing. The shape of the handle makes it easy to reach out-of-the-way areas like my shoulders, around the neck and lower back. The speed settings are multiple tip options allow me to adjust it however I need it at any particular time. I definitely recommend the large head, because it's soft and stimulating without aggravating sore muscles. After a week, I've yet to run down the battery to need to recharge it, and I use it 5-10 minutes a night on average. This was so worth it."
