"I’ve been looking for a while and decided to get the mini after it went on sale. I am very happy I did! I am a 3-4x week runner (5k) and it is a great addition to my recovery. My husband loves to use it on his feet and calves after a long day. Battery life is not the best, but very easy to charge."

"Perfect size to take on the road and keep handy. I have used this pre and post activities (cycling and golf). Does a great job working out "knots" and loosening muscles/joints. Great addition for recovery. I have not used post running — muscle micro-tears are still a little too painful. I use light massage for that."

I've been using it often on my quads, hamstrings, calf muscles, and biceps, especially after long bike rides. It has really helped relieve tightness and strain.
