"I do not use the standard ball much I was using the Dampener until it seems to be wearing out. Need to order another Dampener I guess. Now using various other accessories that came with my Theragun Pro."

Choose carefully!

"Product is as expected, but I was intending to replace the attachment that the PRO comes with attached out of the box (because it broke). It turns out that the PRO comes with the “dampener” out of the box, not the “standard”. They look similar in the picture and I wrongly assumed that was the one because…. well, it’s called “standard ball”. I called customer service hoping to buy the correct one at the discounted price I bought the other one by mistake at during prime day, but the rep said she needed to submit a request of some kind and would email me within a few days. That never happened. Anyway, product works fine, just make sure you don’t make the mistake I made."
