"I’ve had 2 ACL surgeries and am currently awaiting a total knee replacement. I bought this desperately hoping for some pain relief. It’s just ok. The hot and cold features are ok mixed with vibration, but you can get a much better cool/warm with an ice bag/heating pad. The battery life is not great and only lasts a couple therapy sessions before you need to recharge. I’m a huge Therabody fan, purchasing multiple products, but this one is subpar and definitely not worth the price tag. I get much better relief using the dot duos (worth the price tag!) and an ice bag. I wish I would have returned."

"This is definitely what i needed for my left knee. I have spent the last year self healing my meniscus. The cold and head function work great. The unit fits tight and is quite comfortable. The massage vibration could be stronger but I have a high tolerance. It works right out of the box and is quite intuitive. Red light therapy would be a great add on for a future version. Overall I feel the benefit of using the unit and the quality is worth the price."

"I have a Hyperice shoulder contrast therapy sleeve that sells for $100 more but it’s less effective than Therabody’s RecoveryTherm Hot and Cold. The competitor’s product simply isn’t cold enough. Because of that, I decided to try Therabody Knee sleeve and was surprised how cold it could get. It also has the hot/cold/vibration combination that the competitor’s product doesn’t. Even though this product is not as deeply integrated with a phone app like the competitor’s, but frankly, the app integration is way over-rated and in some cases, the app is just an extra step for nothing so it is actually an inconvenience."
